Dan is the Owner and CEO of Ivo Della Builders, Inc. His focus on the firm includes overseeing the financial performance of the company as a whole as well as executing new ideas within industry. Dan has a sincere interest in his clients therefore, prioritizes working with them closely to carry out their expectations upon project completion.
Also, Dan uses his experience in estimating and bidding to carry out all sales and marketing tactics. Dan founded Ivo Della Builders in 2006 after working in the construction industry as a tradesman, construction superintendent and project manager.
Dan has construction experience in Commercial Build-Outs, Government Contracts, and Design/Build for both New and Existing Residential Construction Projects. He holds a Construction Building License in California and is recognized in his community as a leader and entrepreneur in his field.
Dan's vision is to take his company into the next age of Green Building by introducing and implementing the use of both eco-friendly green products as well as sustainable design together to create a positive impact on the environment.
Born in Rome, Italy and schooled in Business Management from Annapolis, Maryland, Dan and wife, Miriam, currently reside in Torrance, California.

Our clients look to us as a resource for information on an array of building and custom home building questions. Our project managers and design team have extensive knowledge in their fields and most importantly posses strong communication skills. Our in-house tradesmen have been trained internally and come in with a vast knowledge of the building trades. Some of these trades include: Demolition, Foundation and concrete work, Rough carpentry and framing, waterproofing, Electrical, Plumbing, insulation, drywall, painting, and finish carpentry.
We offer competitive pricing due to our experienced in-house tradesmen. In-house tradesmen virtually eliminate the need for hiring sub-contractors. However, Ivo Della has a trusted list of sub-contractors who share the same vision and morals as Ivo Della Builders and the combined efforts seem seamless to our clients.

We are licensed in 5 cities and have a vast amount of knowledge in the permitting process and public works requirements.
